Transaction Coordinator/Marketing Assistant Open Position


We are looking for a unicorn individual proficient at wearing 2 hats as a real estate transaction coordinator and marketing assistant. This individual will see escrows through from start to finish, as well as head up all marketing efforts for the team. This is a paid position!
 
Must be comfortable with making frequent client contact as well as other key parties in a real estate transaction. Must also be creative and drive marketing initiatives to meet KPI’s on a consistent basis. Here are the two hats our new person will wear: 
 
Transaction Coordinator
  • Ensure all required paperwork is received on time and is accurate
  • Upload all transaction documents to the broker in a timely manner
  • Maintain frequent contact with client, agent representing other party, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title reps and other parties to ensure escrow flows smoothly and closes on time. 
  • Coordinate key events such as inspections, appraisals, and signings with clients and all other parties. 
  • Maintain CRM for accuracy  
Marketing Assistant
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of all print and digital marketing materials while delivering a consistent brand image
  • Suggest and implement new ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns, client events and lead generation efforts to increase our brand awareness. 
  • Implement tracking systems and report on ROI for marketing inititaves 
  • Identify and implement existing marketing resources available from title companies, lenders, and other key vendors 
  • Organize and promote client appreciation events. 
 Qualifications
  • Previous experience in 1 or more required: real estate transaction management, real estate sales, title industry or mortgage industry 
  • College degree preferred but not required 
  • Must have active Arizona real estate license 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Excellent communication skills. Comfortable speaking with clients and vendors on a regular basis 
  • Must have attention to detail 
  • Must be creatitive and think "outside the box" to bring ideas to the table for process improvements, lead generation efforts, and client events.
